Curtains, blinds and cushions are made according to the measurements provided by customers and we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements. Only faulty blinds and curtains can be returned as Curtains, blinds and cushions are bespoke products, made to order to customer specifications. Faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order.

All cut lengths of fabric are also cut to customers specific quantity and can not be returned unless faulty or unless not of correct quantity ordered by the customer. Fabrics can also not be returned if they have been cut. Fabric faults most also be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery

Orders cannot be cancelled once the curtains, blinds, cushions or fabrics are in production.
